At the time of booking we anticipate the amount of work, labor, and equipment, etc. that is needed to execute on your big day; therefore, any change requests to the original contract may be applicable to additional fees including, but not limited to the following:

• Venue Change
• Travel Fee
• Date Change
• Additional Hours
• Additional Equipment

Our 50% booking fee is non-refundable; however, we allow our clients to keep that amount on file as a credit for up to 12 months from the original wedding date. We can use this credit to book a new date and can be used for any of our services, pending availability.

After paying the 50% retainer, we offer the option to pay monthly or quarterly. Our system will send out invoice reminders to you based on your preferred payment schedule as typically the final payment is due 30 days prior to your wedding date.

We accept check or Zelle through your online banking; if you are in Reno/Tahoe, we can meet in person for cash. If you elect to pay via Credit Card, there is a 3% convenience fee.

We have a 50% booking fee to retain our services due at the time of booking or within a week if mailing a check. You may pay via cash (if local), check, or Zelle for no additional fee. Once we connect to capture the details for your wedding, we send you a quote. Next step is to accept the quote, sign the contract through the link, and pay the 50% retainer.
