What To Expect When You Hire An Epik Wedding DJ
We are there for you as cheerleaders for your big day. This day is about you, so we make sure that we highlight your love while making our presence known with guided announcements throughout the night. All eyes will be on your two as we help set the stage for the celebration of your commitment to one another.
Prior to your wedding day, you’ll have access to our online planning tool, where we can collaborate on the soundtrack for your big day. We’ll create different playlists for each part of your days, such as the ceremony, cocktail, dinner, and specialty dances like the first dance. There’s also a “Do-Not Playlist.” This is the list of songs you definitely don’t want to be played on your big day. There is where our wedding DJs will politely decline the guest’s request unless we get the ok from you first.
On the day of your wedding, our DJs arrive at your venue at least two hours prior to the start of the ceremony to give ample time to set up and test our high-quality sound equipment. We’ll attach discrete microphones to your wedding attire, so everyone can hear those vows loud and clear.
We’ll make an announcement about your unplugged ceremony where guests are encouraged to silence their cell phones so they can enjoy this beautiful moment with you. We’ll gleefully introduce you as the newly married couple as well as quiet the crowd for speeches, then plug them all back in when it’s time to sing along on the dance floor.
