We’re “Open Format” DJ’s meaning that we can play a variety of music from different genres and blend them cohesively so you and your guests never leave the dance floor. We allow you to give as much or as little input as you like on the style of music we play, the duration of the songs, if you want your guests to give requests, and any other customization that you can think of. Our goal is to keep all your guests engaged and in the moment.
Of course! We have reception-only packages for those who have their ceremony planned separately from their reception like a church, or if the ceremony happened on another date/time/location and we are only focused on the reception celebration.
Each wedding, like each couple, is unique in their styles and preferences. Please complete our inquiry form so we can better understand how we can help with your wedding. From there, we’ll build a customized quote to meet the various needs of your wedding day.
We have many ways of sharing music with our couples! The most popular option is a collaborative playlist on Spotify. We’ll even create sub-playlists for each section of your wedding: ceremony, cocktail, speciality dances, dinner, reception, etc. Apple Music is another option used by our clients. We’ll keep your guests informed of the events to come with well-timed announcements that can be clearly heard through our state of the art sound system.

Yes – we’re totally flexible and will mix the requests cohesively into your wedding playlist.

Yes! We believe in redundancy so much that DJ Erik is ordained and licensed to officiate a wedding. This way, if your officiant friend didn’t obtain the proper license or your minister is stuck in traffic, Erik can step in and make sure your day runs as planned.
Yes! If you book 2 or more services, we discount each service by $100. If you bundle DJ, Photobooth, Photography, and Videography, we offer a special discount for using the entire Epik Weddings’ Team.
You may choose to hire our entire team or invite us to collaborate with other wedding professionals. We work as a team with everyone involved in your wedding so that we accomplish the same goal: to make this the best day imaginable.
Absolutely! This is one of the key differentiators that we have at Epik. Our DJs also emcee the event in a fun and engaging way that allows everyone to have a great time.
We help during the ceremony, direct guests throughout both on and off the microphone, instruct your wedding party on how to be their best for the grand entrance, and keep an amazing flow while working in tandem with the rest of the wedding vendor team.
Yes, all consultation, set up, travel, and tear down is included in the price. The hours in our packages are the hours that we are performing.Most of our weddings and events take place in the Northern California and Northern Nevada area however we do travel outside of this area for an additional fee. In cases where the event goes past 11:00 pm and is more than 60 miles away, a room might be required.
Unless otherwise requested, our DJ teams come dressed to impress. We are in at least a button-up shirt, tie, and slacks, but in most cases we are in a full suit. We want to blend in as one of the guests.
